How to register to your app?

You will need to sign up with your registered mobile number within Med Right’s database. You can register/edit your mobile number through your company’s HR team or by sending an email to using your corporate’s business email. This is a mandatory step to be able to use our app since it will grant you access to all your confidential medical data.

Network not updated on App

The network is not updated, one has to contact the call center to get names and phone numbers of nearby providers who are not on the app! Which renders the app useless.

Application issue

- I used the application in one operation and then there was a technical problem that does not respond to any operation and canceled my account automatically and can't respond to log out or create another account or even add an account.

- I had to remove the application and download it again, the problem still exists and the app does not work.

- knowing that I created a new account in another device and it worked with my colleague's device, but with each transaction, I ask him to send me my data and I'm really tired of this.

App Not Functioning probably

1- Data added in the field while the system did not recognize and keep asking to fill it alphabetical?!
I’ve repeated the process more than five times.
2- Missing a lot of categories in the drop lost such as I need to get the visit to the clinic / doctor but you have limited other options and you have to chose one of them if it is not applicable to your case!
3- it is not a user friendly yet and a waste of time as well.
