I had good experience, using the application as I find it fairly easy to upload my prescriptions and get a quick response of quality and comprehension including an advice from a pharmacist.

The OTC categorization is straight to the point, and the integration of loyalty points system within the user profile is something extra to be appreciated.

This is the most worst app ever. I placed my order 08:00 pm & the completely ignored my order. Two hours later I contacted them & they apologized and said that they will deliver it shortly. Then after another hour i contacted them again & they said that there was a technical problem & they were not able to send my order until another 30-60 mins & if i didn’t receive it after 30 min then i should contact them. After 3:30 hrs i recontacted them & they said oh sorry we had only one delivery guy thats why u didn’t receive ur order yet, maybe we can deliver it to u by tomorrow 😡😡 i told them several times that i need the medication as quickly as possible & they simply decided to waste my time

This is the worst pharmacy ever !!
I placed the ordered and I sent them an email after 2 hours and the sent that the ordered will be delivered in 24 hours due to the intense pressure.. they didn’t deliver it and I tried reaching them by the hotline I have been held for more than 6 minutes and they apologized and told me that they will deliver it by the next week and the didn’t I called them they told me that they’ll deliver it by the end of the week and they didn’t! i called them again they told me they’ll deliver it but there is a missing item in the offer I said okayy then the delivery called me to confirm the address and I didn’t receive the order till now and I paid for the order by Mastercard and I didn’t receive it!
