I really annoyed when i received my last order and found one piece come with wrong size and this made me doubt to make any new order specially that no care to see my complaint that i send on your application

Once the complaint is registered you will automatically receive a complaint number via SMS and one of our agents will contact you shortly to follow up.
We will aim to replace the item with the correct size if it is available, alternatively if the size is not available, the value of the item will be refunded back (to your card within 7-14 working days)

Very poor application to be for mothercare
I started making orders since the launch of the app and i have the same issues using it and nothing gets changed
1- the page keeps buffering when going to my cart or returning to my wishlist they are extremely slow and i make sure im near a good internet
2- my wishlist is full a year ago and i can’t add new things and sadly nothing appears to me in my wishlist because all of them are very old and ran out of stock already. I just need a new empty wishlist to help me with shopping…or to make the wishlist limitless like other apps.
3- It would be much better if the app puts the final prices on each product in the cart after applying the promo-code and before checking out to be able to decide on the product’s final price.

App is very user friendly and organized. Prices and promotions are amazing. Very big order delivered in less than 2 days with no mistakes so I ordered another one. Definitely recommending this app 👌🏻
