It was my first time to use the app, I was expecting that I would get the order without additional intervention from my side but I got a call from the delivery guy asking me to contact the shop to tell them my order so that it’s ready for him when he arrives to pick it up.. I was surprised to be honest, why would I call the shop to tell them my order although I placed my order details on the app?
I don’t think this is how it should work.. if this is indeed not the expected behavior then the delivery folks need to be trained properly.
The service was fast though.

This is truly the worst application i have ever dealt with , i uploaded the application yesterday and made an order and after waiting for hour and half i called the courier who told me that he canceled the order as he had a problem with his motorcycle and he won’t be delivering the order!!! So i waited for hour and half for an order that is not coming and no one even bothered to contact me and when I contacted the customer service all he could do is crediting me 20 EGP !!
Today i thought let’s give it another try, i tried to make the order for 7 times from 4 pm till 8:30 pm and every time i get my order expired as there are no available courier!!
So what application is this bgd and what exactly are they serving!
Thankfully I deleted the application and won’t ever be dealing with them again

I have tried this application for 4 times till now, each time am amazed from the service and punctuality of their courier agents.
They are honest and when I request a delivery from any shop they keep contacting me and bear the cost of the calls to make sure that order is obtained clearly and ask if I want any additional service before routing to delivery destination, they even advice me if I want a pic of the product before buying to confirm all details , thank u Marsool for this lifesaver service, I love this application so much 👍👏
