The app is not even working.
It doesnt go past the log in stage! It asks for my phone number no matter what sign in method i choose and then never sends an otp to complete the log in! It’s been more than 3 days, i’ve tried deleing it and redownloading, it’s like that with all my friends too! And i even tried to contact their support on whatsapp and they dont respond they just put me in an endless waiting list and just do not text back!
Can’t Work Because it Doesn’t send an SMS
No matter what you try to sign up with, you’ll always need to verify with your phone number and they are supposed to send an SMS to your phone number and no matter how many times you click resend it never works, this needs to be fixed since according to other reviews this problem has been happening to multiple people for months
Unprofessional Nonfunctional entity with Baltageya for drivers
This company has 0 organization or coordination. I was at the bus stop at 9 pm it’s 10:23, I am at the “maw’af” and the M6 bus has not shown up yet. The employees in the station are useless and advised me to wait, kept on telling me that the bus is minutes away. Honestly a disgrace for this situation to happen with a girl in the night in winter. Other companies are way more reliable.
