  • The worst customer experience

    This is the most disappointing application from a telecom service provider, tried recharging for other more than once and the credit keeps crediting into my post paid account!!!!!!!It’s just a shame that the customer service couldn’t fix it on the spot by refunding the amount, however a complaint was filed and we have to go through a huge process in order to fix a problem from this application which is full of bugs!!!

    من اسواء ماقابلت من شركات الإنترنت ، حيث السرعه البطيئه، ناهيك عن عدم المصداقيه في عدد الجيجات المستخدمه ، فلا يمكن لشخص طبيعي ان يستخدم ٢٤٠ جيجا في أقل من اسبوع وهو لايقيم بشكل مستمر في منزله وكذلك يقيم بمفرده!!!! فكيف لتلك كل هذه الجيجات ان تستخدم؟؟؟ يجوز عفاريت الإنترنت حقيقي شيئ غير طبيعي وحينما قمت بالشكوى، افادوا بانهم سوف يقومون بتعويضي ب ٣٠ جيجا ولم يتم ذلك؟ ومعنى التعويض هذا هو انهم بالفعل يقومون باستغلالنا عن طريق الشحن الدائم عبر هذا الابليكيشن ولا يعطونا حقوقناللأسف هذه المره الاخيره التي سأتعامل مع هذه الشركه وهذا الابليكيشنOne of the worst internet companies I’ve ever dealt with! The connection is slow, not to mention the lack of transparency regarding data usage. It’s simply impossible for a normal person to consume 240 GB in less than a week, especially when they don’t even stay at home consistently and live alone! How could all this data be used? Perhaps “internet ghosts” are to blame.Honestly, it’s something abnormal. When I filed a complaint, they claimed they would compensate me with 30 GB, but that never happened. This so-called compensation proves they’re exploiting us, forcing us to constantly recharge through the app without giving us our rights.Unfortunately, this will be the last time I deal with this company or use this app.

  • Infinite Transitions in process on payment

    I am using this app to recharge my credit balance online. In many occasions, this app failed to recharge my credit and shows transaction in process for around 2 or 3 hrs when I try again even from another phone. Your poor service forces us to travel to a nearby branch every time. You provide a critical service which is always failing 50% of the times without giving context about the real problem. Your app tells us to wait for 15 min before trying again but it is always the same result. It is a bad experience to give your users a wrong message and hope. Maybe it is time to switch to another provider who cares about his customers after being a customer here for around 12 years.

  • App Issue won’t get resolved

    i’ve submitted 2 complaints via call center and every time i call to check on it they say they tried to contact me and i didn’t respond which isn’t true because i only received one call from an agent double checking info about the complaint to me. My issue is that every time i want to renew my package i don’t have that option. My only option is to “Add Extension” and the “Renew Package” is no longer there so every time i need to renew i have to call costumer service which is inconvenient in my opinion

  • Terrible customer service

    Every time I have a problem and try to reach the customer service they never say anything helpful even though it’s not easy to reach them, all their offers are tricky and their entertainment apps are limited for a very short time not like other telecom companies that provides you with the same entertainment apps every month within the payment and not for only 3 or 6 months and after this short period the company takes the subscription fees automatically from your account ,lastly I had a problem with the signal so I reported it to their customer service and It’s been 3 weeks and no one reached me so I don’t recommend Orange to anyone

  • Everything about Orange Egypt is Horrendous

    You subscribe to a package, it tells you you need to recharge to activate it. You recharge your balance by the right amount, but it never activates the package, instead they take all your balance as consumed MBs at an extortionate rate, and you’re left without any internet after spending hundreds of pounds! You call up customer service and they’re very rude! They tell you they’ve raised an issue and that someone will call you soon, a week later it turns out they never registered your complaint! You complain again, and a few days later you follow up and they tell you it’s their fault that I didn’t restart my phone after recharging!!
