Bad customer service

I have been trying for days to resolve an issue of undelivered order. The CS team is slow, inefficient and all what I get is copied replies over and over again that I will get a call back regarding my complaint, and that the issue is escaped. You don’t have a hotline to contact, only chatting with agents who don’t have authority to do much or solve problems. I would prefer a more reliable service when something wrong happens.

Inaccurate

They started Good,
But later they mess up with orders, several times the total receipt was incorrect and they insist with their own calculations even its cristal clear (without any additional service or delivery fees) their basic calculations for the items are incorrect.
