Nice but UI needs improvement
It works fine; however the user interface needs improvements. First of all, if you are using the app remotely, it is easy to press open door by mistake; also, there seem to be a confusion between the work ‘unlock’ and ‘open door’, especially for latch doors; also intelligent unlock (using swipe left or right) doesn’t open door. Also lock n go doesn’t work well with latched doors.
The door open sensor took ages to calibrate; it now works but every now and then I get malfunctions logs.
Night mode works but if you use apple home kit the door locks it self every five minutes!

When you location services are activated on the iPhone you receive a warning when you give the command to "open door" when you are more then 1000 meters away from your Smart Locks.
This only works with "open door" not with "unlock".
In general the App means by "Open door" to unlock and pull the latch. With the command "unlock" the door is only unlocked and the latch not pulled.
"Intelligent" always induces the opposite status. So if the door is locked when you give the intelligent command it would be unlocked or opened (depending on the settings of the door fitting). When the door is unlocked, it would lock the door.
We are sorry about the door sensor. On our website you can find a detailed explanation about the ideal calibration and installation of the door sensor.
About the night mode I'd ask you to contact our support team so they can provide your with a solution.
