I used this app to find transportation through Europe and I find it easy to use and gets fair prices.
Worst Service Ever.
Worst Service Ever.
I booked three trips from their site. The third one from Paris to Brussels airport was rescheduled from Thalys- the train line itself. Thalys advices in their email that if I want to reschedule or cancel then it will be done for absolutely no charges but I have to return to the third party which I reserved the ticket from. I have been emailing Omio for a long time with no response and finally when they replied that said they can’t reschedule but can cancel and since it is before the 7 days cancellation policy then I can have full refund. When I tried to cancel they didn’t return the full amount and deducted my minor son full ticket which is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. Additionally I keep sending then emails with no response. WORST SERVICE EVER.
App full of bugs and and not fair in comparing the ticket prices
I have been using this app for 2 weeks and booked multiple trips and in some cases it works fine however i had multiple incidence and one of the i reached out to the support to fix because this is clear bug but it ended up offering me voucher,
1. The bug is that if i was searching on multiple months and return back to search for different destinations it don’t rest the month which caused me to pay 90 euros and they couldn’t help.
2. In italy cross city they tend to show specific bus company without flagging that this is sponsored
3. In italy i was not able to validate the ticket from the app and i had to do the validation from the online website.
I just want the app to fix the bugs in case of they are not aware of them however if they aware of the bugs new users need to be aware of that
