The search function needs to be fixed. What happens in my case is i search for a show i know is available, it appears near the end of the results page.

Streaming drops often occur on chromecast. This could be on my end though.

The app needs to be available on more devices. Apple Tv is the only supported streaming device. It would be great if the app was available on other streaming devices like the Roku, Amazon's firetv and gaming consoles.

Hi Mostafa, thank you for your feedback, and I apologize for the difficulty you are facing with Chromecast, the issue has been reported and the team is currently working on fixing it, also, we are working on adding more devices to support the application as we have added the Apple TV and the Android TV with operating system 8, and in future updates the search option will be enhanced as well.

The whole experience is just terrible, from the app, payments to customer service. The app gives random errors during streaming and just closes the episode out of the blue. Takes a lot to load an episode: not my internet. Other apps like Netflix work great. Cant choose quality even through account settings like Prime for tv.
Paid the monthly subscription normally, but it gives me a ‘timeout error’ after loading for over 2 minutes. The funds were deducted but the service didn’t activate. I’ve been contacting customer service for 2 days (going onto the third) now through both phone numbers and email. Literally nothing has been done. Provided them with every bit of detail they wanted about the card and the payment reference no. with no avail. Any other service would’ve apologized and solved the problem within the first day.
I do not recommend this app nor this service.

The latest update made the Home Screen background pitch black, which looks good.

However, it added purple/non-black borders around the video I am watching in the video player. This is not the cleanest look and looks distracting. The only way to hide it is to fill the video to full screen, which cuts parts of the screen. Please make it pitch black around the content again. Thanks.

Also, spamming the rewind 10 button in videos does not actually rewind the number of times I tap. It maxes out at 20 seconds or so, making precise rewinding difficult.
