This app is truly amazing it has many shows and movies that aren’t found on any other app. My only complaint is that I am not able to download the episodes. Netflix is an amazing app and it has subtitles available in ENGLISH AND ARABIC but it’s only problem is it doesn’t have all the shows and movies. If osn were to have subtitles in English and Arabic for all shows and movies and i would be able to download episodes and movies, it would truly be the perfect app.

The whole experience is just terrible, from the app, payments to customer service. The app gives random errors during streaming and just closes the episode out of the blue. Takes a lot to load an episode: not my internet. Other apps like Netflix work great. Cant choose quality even through account settings like Prime for tv.
Paid the monthly subscription normally, but it gives me a ‘timeout error’ after loading for over 2 minutes. The funds were deducted but the service didn’t activate. I’ve been contacting customer service for 2 days (going onto the third) now through both phone numbers and email. Literally nothing has been done. Provided them with every bit of detail they wanted about the card and the payment reference no. with no avail. Any other service would’ve apologized and solved the problem within the first day.
I do not recommend this app nor this service.

The application does not work with LG TVs that were manufactured before 2016, and when contacting customer service that this was not mentioned when downloading the application,
it was answered that I had to change the password or delete the application and re-download it, or check the strength of the Internet network, or use the application through The laptop and connecting it to the TV!!!
and after trying to communicate with customer service more than once, I asked for a refund of the subscription amount, as I did not properly benefit from the service provided. The response was that the subscription amount will not be refunded

Also, the Chat system with customer service is very sterile, as communication takes place by sending “pictures” only, and it is not possible to communicate by typing your request, which makes the communication process difficult.

Also, you can always watch the application using your phone or to cast from apple tv to your tv or use HDMI cable between your laptop and your tv .
