Need help/support

Hi, I received an email from Paypal requesting to update the IP ranges for API services…..When I clicked on the provided link “the current IP ranges for Paypal API services can be found here”, a message pop out that “this page can not be found”…..I don’t know how to do that, I don’t use Paypal button (express checkout) on my website…..Also when I sent messages to the help center, I keep receiving a response that “I'm sorry, but no Customer Support Agents are available at the moment. Please try again later or browse the PayPal Help Center for answers to frequently asked questions”…..Please help…..Thank you

Very bad customer care

The customer care is very bad and unprofessional. When it comes to serious issues they really act horrible. They hesitate, don’t answer properly and ignore also. They respond only to whatever they want they way they want, very stupid and disrespectful. When you want to complain against that behavior, they simply don’t respond or respond to other things but not to this. I didn’t get proper answers for more than a month. Just dealing with their manipulative and misleading responses and the main issue was not answers and every time someone asks you to elaborate again or respond by something else it is like they manipulate the system to count as they are really responding while they really make problems and don’t care. How could someone complain to the higher management against their behavior? Shouldn’t they be close to the clients and listen to their complaints and take actions and develop themselves to meet the demand of their clients? Or this company doesn’t care as how they are about collecting money from us? Apparently they don’t. Because if they do they should have been developed efficient ways to hear from the customer and allow the customer to deliver his frustration to the management to know what their employees are doing and to allow them to develop them. I can’t rely on this company for serious business because when I wanted to they didn’t cooperate but they were very bad and caused me big waste of time and they are disrespectful.

- When requesting payment, I can’t change the currency. The currency drop down is empty and stick to EUR.

- Can’t send a reminder from the mobile app, I have to open the browser to send a payment reminder.
