PetroPay is a service system for managing car expenses for gas stations, Monitoring, controlling gasoline bills, documenting each bill, and eliminating any manipulation of these bills and this is through an accounting system and tight control that is managed via mobile application or the Internet.
You charge a balance for each car, specify dates for supply and a special budget for each car. The invoices are deducted from the balance of the car when supplying according to the actual supply in pennies. The invoice is documented with a picture of the pump for each invoice and many other features such as: calculating the consumption rates for each car, because we record the reading of the kilometers for each bill on the system and controlling the capacity of the fuel tank through the smart wallet to ensure that it is not being tampered with. As the loss is compensated only for each supply according to the consumption rates per kilometer.
