I find an account (Joymanmall) on Pinterest. It sells amazing dresses. It’s a verified merchant as per Pinterest. I placed an order and the order was never received. I tried to contact this merchant through the website. The only contact information is an email which is apparently fake and for sure nobody responded. I tried to contact Pinterest to check what’s the issue exactly and to find out if this account is safe or not and their response were shameful. They said we really apologize for what happened and we will investigate the matter but we will not be able to provide any resolution (they are not willing to do anything). The #Joymanmall account is still active on Pinterest app. Nothing has been done. They didn’t delete it that’s why I’m telling they do support scam websites. Don’t deal with this website guys be careful and don’t trust #Pinterest it’s not #trusted.
