I only recieve mails when they ask me to review the order, it would be better if an email is sent when the order is confirmed to walk me through the process of the order from confirming it until its delivered

طلبت تكييف اونلاين وتم توصيله بعد ١٠ ايام من غير فاتورة
والتوكيل رفض التركيب بدون فاتورة
طلبت الفاتورة من رنين وتم ارسال ورقة مختومة بعد ١٠ ايام وليست فاتورة من شركة اخرى بعد الاتصال بخدمة العملاء اكثر من عشر مكالمات
تم تركيب جهاز تكييف من قبل التوكيل واكتشفنا ان التكييف بدون غاز فريون
والجهاز ليس بداخله غاز
عملت طلب استبدال
الموضوع اخذ حوالي ٣٥ يوم
خدمة رنين سيئة جدا
لا انصح بالشراء اونلاين منهم

I ordered an air conditioner online and it was delivered after 10 days without an invoice
And the agent refused to fix without the invoice

I requested the invoice from Raneen , after around 10 calls and follow up they sent a stamped paper after 10 days, (not an invoice) from third party not Raneen ,

The air conditioner was installed from the agent , and we discovered that the air conditioner is without Freon gas

I made a replacement request,
The order and installation took about 35 days
Very bad customer service
I do not recommend buying online from Raneen
