Wow

Really this is so amazing Ravine one of the best cloths shops I’ve ever deal with, and the products is 9/10, Ravine the name of good products and good price too

Bad customer service

Products are nice but the customer service is so bad i wanted to return an item that wasn't my size and it was in the days of 14 thing i texted them the the same day my order came didn't get a reply they sent that they are opened from 10am to 4pm so next day i texted then 10:47 i didn't get a reply until an hour later and so own there replies are always an hour late and u need to send multiple times just so they reply once every hour which makes the time from 10 to 4 finish so then i would need to wait for the next day to be able to get a human reply and not a robot its been 3 days and I'm trying to send back one piece and they keep wasting my time by replying an hour later if they do this a lot they might keep doing it until 14 days are up and i can no longer able to return
I suggest u look into ur customer service area because it needs a lot of improvement
I would also like some help with returning my item

The worst online shopping ever !!!!!

I placed my order on 29 january 8 items , and call crnter called me after 5 days to tell me that 2 items is not available now!!! And told me my order will be shipped within two days!!!
Today again after one week passed, they called me to tell me that 2 more items is not available !!! And will be shipped within 2 days!!!!!!!!
The surprise when l logged into my account in the app. To see that my previous order is cancelled and the reason is customer!!!! I phoned yr customer service and as l was expected no one answer!!!!!
Reslly it was the first time and the last!
