worst service app ever and horrible customer service
i am beyond disappointed and frustrated with the customer service of this app in Egypt and will contact Apple and Rizek headquarters in UAE.
i paid for a PCR test for my daughter. The app did not send the results on time which led to my daughter missing school.
I contacted the lab myself and they confirmed that the results were sent to the app but none of app people could respond or do anything.
the lab again sent me the results
6or7 hours later some rep apologized but i demanded a full refund from Rizek and not the lab bcz it was the app’s fault as the rep confirmed. he said he will contact me but didn’t
48 hrs later i tried their contact number million times until some female rep replied she apologized again and said that the refund will be at my disposition on tuesday evening and she too will get back to me also did not happen.
It is thursday today i did the same miserable call attempts until someone picked up apologized again and said he will get back to me but bardo he didn’t.
i need an answer
their chat service on app is useless. they see it and ignore. they rarely pick up the phone and i sent several emails still nothing.
AND JUST TO BE VERY CLEAR IT IS NOT THE LAB’S FAULT BUT THIS RIDICULOUS APP in Egypt.
Personal information shared!
Alarming behavior.. I booked PCR at home and a specialized hero was assigned to draw my sample, didn’t call by the time of the booking, so I called the hero but no answer.
Contacted Rizek support who then told me they’re forwarding my request to the lab!
Later someone different from the assigned hero texted me on WhatsApp claiming to be the assigned hero; asking for my exact location and full address, which I have added explicitly to the app already! His bio said "متخصص في تصنيع الملابس للغير، البراجيل جيزة" !!!
I had no idea who that is? How come he’s got my number and not the address if he’s with Rizek? How would Rizek send me a non-specialized personnel to do the service? If he’s not with Rizek, then how does Rizek not have strict measures for their contractors not to share or communicate customers information with external parties from the app?
Beware.. it’s a company with loose measures..
