Problem was fixed instantly! Very generous!

So I’ve been working really hard to get to a park value of around 250 million. All of a sudden I open the app and everything completely vanishes, my park value became 123 million causing me to buy everything from scratch! All of my rides, restaurants and everything were lost! I was devastated of course. I then I contact the game explaining my problem, not really thinking they would respond, but they responded immediately! They were extremely generous and thoughtful and they understood my problem and gave me 500 million coins to repair my losses. Please play this game because they really care about the customer! I would like to thank Christy for the generosity :)

Great Game with some issues

Great game and very nice graphics but... some issues need to be fixed like the Friends section which makes it impossible to add friends or send gifts..the issue wasn’t addressed in the update and seems to be ignored !!
