Scoco Delivery allows customers to record and send voice messages to your store with detailed information about what they are looking for. This help customers that are contemplating on which specific items to purchase from your store. Once you receive the voice messages, you have the option to create a custom orders fitting their preferences expressed in the voice messages and push it to the customers for review and approval.

Request for a delivery rider from the app when you are done preparing the order with a single button click. Track the pick up and delivery of your order on a map with estimated time of arrivals. Get live notifications of new orders and delivery of your orders to customers.

TOGGLE YOUR AVAILABILITY STATUS
Update your operating hours on the app and we will automatically toggle your availability status on the app. Additioanlly, despite having your operating hours set, you can toggle your availability status at anytime to prevent our systems from automatically managing your opening and closing hours.
