Disappointed
I really wanted to give it a 5 star review but every few weeks most book titles are removed and added to the available soon list! It’s very frustrating because then there is nothing worth reading left on the app!! It’s a shame really because I pay a monthly subscription and I expect to be able to use it fully.

Scribd: False Advertising and Misleading Customer Service
I am writing to warn other potential users about Scribd. I subscribed to Scribd earlier, after receiving an email that said I would have "Read and listen without limits." However, I soon discovered that this was not the case. I contacted Scribd customer service to complain, but they were very disrespectful and unhelpful. They simply provided me with guidance on how to quickly deactivate my account and did not mention anything about the limitations on the content that is available in my region. I feel that I have been misled and deceived by Scribd's false advertising. I am requesting that Apple investigate Scribd's practices and take appropriate action to protect consumers. I believe that Scribd's actions are a violation of Apple's App Store Review Guidelines, which state that apps must "not engage in any misleading or fraudulent practices." I urge other potential users to avoid Scribd and to choose a different service that does not engage in false advertising.

Very disappointing
With the “marketing scheme” of being “unlimited” this app is definitely not. What they mean is you can read and listen to less than 8 books a month, and if you want to read more than that, it has to be from their “exclusive” books.
Not only do they remove the books you’ve saved and put it in the “available next month”, they do it repeatedly within the same month, so you’re only left with a very small selection, and you don’t even get a say in which ones get to stay. And as a cherry on top, they don’t allow you the search for other titles to save! It’s insane.
Apps such as “Storytel” are a much better option. I used to rave about this app and recommend it to everyone, but I’m discounting the use of this app and migrating to Storytel.
