Not trusted

Don’t trust them, if u ordered something and u received the wrong item no one will care.
You will keep sending emails and they will tell u go to store and once u go they will not change or return they will just manipulate with u and tell u that the products on this app are from different suppliers.
Like if it’s ur problem that they are dealing with untrusted supplier
I am not buying from souq (which is selling for different suppliers) i am buying from app which supposed to be same as sharaf dg store and if there’s something wrong i am expecting it to be solved not to disturb me with their problems with their suppliers like if it’s an excuse
In the end i had to file a complaint against them at dubai consumer protection to take my rights and after 30 days I received my money back.
