Very good helpful app and service
I tried Raha before , very strict on time service well organized but too expensive and this is the only concern I hope they will consider this in the future
another point that I couldn’t choose the service regularly every 2 weeks as per my needs it is only once a week for the monthly package
But I need it only every 2 weeks

The maids are good but the customer service is horrible, terrible & all the bad words!!! Really tooooo frustrating. We cannot amend the days of the contract. I am talking to everybody in the company, writing reviews on the social media, no one cares.
We have an urgent issue and needs to amend the day only!!!!!! What's the difficulty in that to keep us a week and then refuse. How u are a service company?!
