I had an awful experience with Shoola, and I wouldn’t recommend this app to anyone. Despite providing all the required documents, including my medical insurance and car license—which were perfectly in order—and following every step they requested, they rejected my application with no explanation. They were the ones who estimated my limit, yet after wasting my entire day with their representative for onboarding, I got nothing but a rejection.

To make matters worse, their customer service was unhelpful and dismissive. When I asked for an explanation, the representative kept blaming my iScore, even though I’ve never had a credit card or taken out a loan in my life. Their excuses were baseless, and it was clear they didn’t have a clue about the actual issue.

Logging in the app with applying all required information and instructions but not activated then I contacted customer service but to no avail nb their response for my issue
1- “ the activation order confirmation need to more images and data about any license or card as well as the images that I already sent ( Personal ID & medical credit card ) nb this instruction doesn’t exist/unavailable on Souhoola app during logging/entry data .

2- I asked them to determine the mean time (period) to solve my issue (login again )MTTR but they don’t have any answer !!!!!!
