Connection problem issues
I can’t open the game because of connection issues despite that my connection to the wifi is good
Disappointed on the long run
The game was very exciting in the beginning. But after each update the developers managed to screw something up. The latest version has many bugs and is unreliable. This is very disappointing given that in-app purchases are much more expensive than those of other games of the same genre. Many rewards cannot be used now, which is pointless as to why they are being rewarded in the first place! Am I supposed to waste time to complete objectives just to get a reward I can’t use! Absurd. Finally, the game is F2P but the best stuff are only available if you actually paid. I’m not talking about decorative items; critical items are just reserved for people who actually pay. Soon, this game will not be worth my money or time.
Awful update! Money grab, bad customer support
The latest update made half the players want to quit. It’s already a money grabbing game. No need to be this greedy and cancel market stall to force people to pay EVEN MORE, and drive f2p off from the game completely. The new march setup is AWFUL. And worst of all, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I contacted the customer support and they cut me off mid sentence to tell me that nothing can be done or changed and ended the chat AS I WAS STILL TYPING MY CONCERNS. Honestly, don’t download this game unless you’re ready to spend a fortune for a mediocre gameplay and rude customer service. Plenty other similar yet better games out there.
