The worst delivery app ever!
The worst delivery app ever! Whatever you order, even a supermarket order close to your home, it takes more than one hour. The same excuses every time: my vehicle broke down during the delivery, the restaurant was busy, etc. The same excuses for 2 years of using the app. If you ask why I still use this app, the only answer is that it contains stores not in any other delivery app in Port Said. Every time I have the opportunity to use it or any other app, I don't even think – anyone is faster and provides good quality service.
Delivery never came
Horrible customer service, no response, online and ignores you. Order for iftar never delivered, and SuperBe has no responded to my complaint. Zero effort to correct the problem!
