THE ABSOLUTE WORST

I used the application once, and it was the worst time I’ve dealt with a delivery app.
After i made my order and scheduled it to be at a certain time, two of the app employees call me 15 mins before delivery time to inform me that my order is not going to be delivered complete. Not only that, but that if i want the rest of my order i need to order it again the next day and pay the delivery and service fees twice when its not even my fault in the first place. They failed to come up with a solution and refused to deliver the rest on the next day unless i reorder it myself. All in all, unprofessional and unreliable. I’ve deleted the app and i certainly will be telling everyone i know not to use it.

Worst idea ever

Any delivery cost 30 EGP + Vat on delivery LooooL ? What are you even thinking of by doing that
I wont ever think about ordering something i can order with a delivery less than 15 LE from any other application and pay 35 LE here this is the worst thing you can do less advantage than any other application
If you need help with your business model and marketing strategies i can help you or get someone who understands how to run things like this
You are totally out of the competition in this way ! 😂

Our riders are well trained, well vetted, and go through a lot of risk to ensure you get your orders delivered to your doorstep conveniently. We hope you may use our app again, and we hope that you understand that our riders, safety, health and well-being is a main pillar of our company values.

Worst experience ever

So we ordered from Caizo, we received the order 2 and a half ours later, and the customer service kept tell us that the order is on the way for around an hour and a half, and finally when the order arrived, we realized that we’re paying service fees, delivery fees, VAT and delivery VAT, so it was around 35% of the total cost, to sum it up, it was the worst experience ever and i will never use the app again.
