I can’t sign in
I can’t sign in according to the Facebook. This is the message:
App not active: This app is not currently accessible and the app developer is aware of the issue. You will be able to log in when the app is reactivated.
Problem in app
Although learning with Mr. Ibrahim is amazing, the app itself is full of bugs and I feel like wasted my money on it :(
First the app locked when I tried to change language, remained like this for 2 weeks, then update released and issue resolved.
Now for the last 2 or 3 weeks the app won’t let me move forward because a question is answered incorrectly, even though the answer is 100% correct, I reported the issue like 10 times and still app is locked
I’d recommend Mr. Ibrahim to anyone who would like to learn a language, but wouldn’t recommend the app at all :(
I can’t verify my account
I really tried to verify my account so many times and i didn’t find any mail from Taleek, i even checked the spam mails and it doesn’t exist. I logged out then i logged in into the app and the problem still exist. Additionally, the message appears “oops, something’s gone wrong. The email could not be sent. Please try again.”. So what should i do to solve this problem and verify my account to avoid losing my achievements?
