Do not request plumber from them!
It was very bad experience.. We needed a plumber to fix water issue , they did not respect what’s told to us to pay and we payed the double!!
No Commitment and Worst customer service
I booked an appointment a week ago and the helper called and confirmed her appointment then she called me later and asked if I cancelled my order which I didn’t then a customer service agent called me and told me to postpone my appointment as the helper has a quality issue and I told them this cannot be done.
I called to follow up on my request and the agent was rude at me and he yelled at me and not listening which lead to hangup the call as this is not a way to communicate.
I recommend no one use their services as they are not professional dealing with customers.
