Problem in In-app purchase
In the subscriptions i get many plans with the same name but different prices. This is critical . You should add a description or change the title for the subscription plans. This is critical and it gets many complians
Poor app
Very poor streaming quality for the matches which defies the whole purpose of the subscriptions we pay for.
A random illegal stream on the internet will have a better quality, I can't see the players or where the ball is!!!
Plus, the app has very aggressive restrictions on the devices you can add to and remove from the account, and can't even watch on just two devices simultaneously, me and my father at the same time for example, even if we are in the same house.
No customer service
There’s literally no customer service available it’s either you talk to bot or you’re stuck with your problems. The app full of bugs like the activation bug where you pay for the service but you don’t get the service. Is that even for real !!
