Uber / أوبر- اطلب سيار‪ة‬ ‪٤+‬

I have been a loyal customer of Uber in Malaysia (before it shutdown) and Australia as well. Simply, it eases my life. However, Uber in Egypt is the worst. Maps are not updated, car quality is terrible, and most importantly responsiveness by support staff is all computerized. Keywords from complaints are selected and ready responses are sent back to clients. No matter how many times you keep replying in the same conversation thread to get tailored information, you will be getting the same response. This means that customer complaints’ are not taken seriously and Egypt team is doing just bad. Uber is popular over here, I can’t imagine the number of transactions and the business cash flow. It seems like doing great. Management should just spend some money and pay enough attention on the updates and training the support staff.

Uber in Egypt is the worst ever. Extremely unprofessional and unhelpful support team. They have extremely rude and aggressive drivers, and fail to discipline or train them and treat the customer right. They threatened to suspend my account when they were in the wrong when their driver spoke to me in such an ill-mannered way!!!! The audacity (!) when they have many scandals in Egypt, a girl yesterday almost got kidnapped and r*ped. And in the past few months, a girl got kidnapped and the other got K*LLED AFTER TEHY TRIED TO R*PE HER AS WELL???! These drivers have absolutely NO respect for women and it is such an unsafe app. Worst app ever and I’m not using Uber again. An uber driver telling me “Leave no one’s holding you back” and saying “Am I working under you” when I was nothing but polite and PATIENT when he ignored my request and chose on his own to take a route i was NOT comfortable with. (It sounds even ruder in Arabic and this even isn’t everything). They also keep on sending me emails about the issue after they supposedly “solved” it and then tell ME to stop sending them emails about the issue because it was “successfully solved”????? This just shows how uncoordinated and STǓPID their team is. The entire country is FUMING about this horrible company and I’m waiting until you go down and get sued if you DONT FIX YOUR WAYS.

In this way, the company will be forced to respect the Egyptian customer and put him in the correct box, and we will be able to reassure our sons, daughters, and family members.
