A mental gold mine

This is the first time for me to write a review about any app. But if any app deserves one, it’s Waking up.
There are a couple of points I’d love to praise about Waking up .

First one is the introductory course ;I have been practicing mindfulness meditation for years , and I’ve never imagined to experience such condensed and eye opening insights in a matter of days through only the introductory course .

The second is the conversations category ; it is an absolute gold mine , the vast diversity snd depths of information that this section contains on its own is unbelievable , I spend hours listening and find myself rewinding a lot because of how packed it is.

Third thing would be the concepts section; Sam has that very well thought through , it answers all potential questions one might have and from different angles , on every possible level out there , regarding mindfulness and it’s connection to other facets of life .

All in all, one of the top 3 apps I have on my phone , I cannot recommend it enough

Must have app for schizophrenia

I suffer from psychosis and this app makes a world of a difference to how I feel and deal with my symptoms. I am more in control and can apply logic to anxiety heightening situations. Meditation has improved the quality of my life and is the number one thing I recommend to other people in my support groups. Sams insight and voice make or so that you’re never sick of the app and there’s always more to learn for the curious minds out there. thank you for making a difference to my life in the most positive way with your scholarship programme. You are my prophet and I am your disciple.
