Wonderful application. They are always developing and fixing all issues at once. I benefited a lot from the diet plans as well as the workout plans. Keep the good work 👍🏻👍🏻

Amazing recipes but very poor app :)

Dr waad did a great favor to me by following her keito diet amaazing job walahy ♥️
But very poor and late tec support team and lately replying and talking as you are the one who made the app :)) i stayed 3 days have nothing to do with this complicated app because simple step unfortunately I didn’t do it because of their late and automated saved replies…

Emotional eating

Managed with their program to challenge my eating habits … not how much, but what to eat! I enrolled myself with them 3 months program … I may extend 👍😉
