I am using the new iPhone 17 Pro Max with the latest iOS and WhatsApp version. I am facing a serious issue: whenever I tap on the stickers section, the entire app freezes and I am forced to close and reopen WhatsApp.I have already tried all basic troubleshooting steps (restarting the phone, reinstalling WhatsApp, updating iOS, and updating WhatsApp), but the issue still persists.I guess that needs to be fixed as i found many comments about this issue from different users and new update is needed asap please because it has been there for more than a week now!

Whatsapp is NOT A RELIABLE APP for anyone wondering! Here is why —-I woke up to find that my whatsapp was permanently banned by whatsapp themselves. No warning, not even temporarily banned but permanently banned! I sent them multiple messages explaining that I have not done anything to cause my account to be banned. And that my account might have been hacked. They refused to comment on that and keep insisting that they received complaints from my account and therefore they have decided to permanently ban it. And they ended their message by saying “Unfortunately, responses to this email thread won't be read”. First of all how unprofessional and rude is this attitude? I am sending them to say that I might have been hacked and therefore my account was flagged and this is their reply? I rely on my account both personally and professionally and they are not trying to help in any way. I have been using whatsapp for over 8 years now. How can they not notice that I have been hacked if this is the first time that any suspicious activity is happening from my number? How can a reputable app like this allow you to wake up one day and find your ENTIRE ACCOUNT GONE without having done ANYTHING! Yes I might I have been hacked but if I had gotten a warning or at least a temporary ban first I might have noticed and done anything about it! And now they don’t even want to verify if it was hacked or not! Whatsapp is NOT A RELIABLE APP!!!!!!!!!!!
Limited Data Retrieval and Room for Improvement

I’ve been using WhatsApp for a while, but I find a major drawback when it comes to data retrieval. Once messages or data are deleted, there’s no way to recover them easily, which can be really frustrating if you accidentally lose important conversations or media. In comparison, apps like Telegram and Messenger offer better functionality in this regard. Telegram, for instance, has a superior backup system and doesn’t limit users as much when it comes to message recovery or even multi-device synchronization.WhatsApp is still popular due to its widespread use, but I believe it could benefit from adopting more robust features that competitors like Telegram and Messenger already offer. Until WhatsApp improves in these areas, I’d recommend considering other apps that provide more control over your data and better recovery options.
