The problem solved

I had a problem with opening the app on iOS 11.4 but now after I reinstalled the app again the problem solved thx

Customer care agents need to learn better manners and undergo effective training

Rating the service provider. Have yet to try the application.

Call center people should stay at home or learn the minimum requirements of courtesy and professionalism.
One time I was busy and the agent continued talking endlessly like a parrot no matter how busy i was or how politely I tried to let her know that! Another extremely impolite agent/harasser literally hung up on me!!!!

The other thing is that your clients are not notified when your agreement with x or y store is discontinued, causing horrid embarrassment at the store.

Please pay more regards on the choice and training of your call center people and be transparent about which stores have or have no Xclusive agreement.

Other than that it is an excellent option and saver.

Unprofessional service

The unprofessional attitude from the customer service tells you how much you should trust this card!
They are not even trained how to respond to a complaint!!
I'm cancelling by subscription of the card as I don't trust the people working on it anymore. Even the customer service manager is not able to handle a complaint and can't see the problem rightfully.

Conclusion: one of the worst experiences I had!
