App is very basic doesn’t allow any changes and doesn’t help resolve any issues at all!

Worst customer service ever

I have the same issue that all other users are complaining about..the app doesn't allow me to enter the verification code, hence i cant sync it.
I emailed the customer support more than 5 times with no reply.
Highly unrecommended. Extremely disappointed

Egypt is a non-supported country since we have never tested the watches there and we therefore can't guarantee that it works. I can't find any messages from you when searching for your nickname, but I have seen that all the messages we have received at that time have been answered. In case you still didn't get an answer, can you maybe also check your Spam folder in case our answer arrived there?
Otherwise please contact us again and we will have a look at your case. Thank you.

Problem

When I reach the last step at verification code there’s a message hinders me from writing the code, says’ check your input’ and I already entered the all data

Egypt is a non-supported country since we have never tested the watches there and we therefore can't guarantee that it works. So, it has to be verified case by case, but for this you would need to contact us at support.uk@xplora.com so that we can check whether we can help you.
