How to cancel subscription?

I was baited by the interesting survey at the beginning that makes you feel that you’re going to have a complete customized experience, just to end with an immediate subscription page without any showcasing to their work. I read their refund policy and it’s non-sense and vague. It said as long as I cancel in the trial period I won’t be charged. There was no trial period in any of their packages!! I thought If I subscribed, checked out the application and canceled right away it would be obvious that I don’t want their unprofessional app. But no, they wrote they don’t deal with refunds and that I have to contact apple support. And apple support weasled out giving me a refund without stating a reason.

What’s wrong with the application???
It’s so stretched out that they made a 30 minute yoga video into a month challenge. I do 30 minutes yoga per day not per month!! The short videos are confusing and I have to sit on my knees after every pose which doesn’t make sense. Why would I sit on my knees between two back positions!!

And don’t get me started on the recipes!!! Although I filtered what I eat and don’t eat the recipes still came unfiltered with ingredients I would never even buy. The recipes interface is not special in anything, you can just google or Pinterest better recipes.

I am so angry and I hope no one falls in that pit I fell in. Do not buy!

I have a bad experience. from 5 days am paid one month . first day I found workout 10 m . the second day no workout opened and have look in the workout . and I send tow mails to now what is the problem and didn’t received any answer

If you are already subscribed, but still aren't able to see all workouts, just go to the 'Settings' of the app, and click on the 'Restore purchase' option under the personal details.
Or please just insert your personal details as if you’re a new user, but when you get to the payment screen, click on the 'Restore purchase' button (at the bottom of the payment screen) to be able to get back to your account and continue using the app.
