Horrible App
When you first launched the app, everything eas available. However, this year, the app has become horrible. A lot of items stay on the app for 3 or 4 months with the announcement coming soon until they go on sale with the same announcement of coming soon! These items are also never found in the store and when you ask the customer service they reply that they cannot give exact dates for the release of these items. Also turns out that some of Zara employees smuggle the clothes and sell them at lower price to facebook pages owner who in return sell them during sale at a higher price. There was these two dresses that were never available online nor in the store and now they are breaking all the facebook pages and being sold at a price higher. Than their sale price! You have to address this ! We can no longer shop online nor in stores now ! You have to know who sells your clothes to outside sellers who take advantage of our desire to buy Zara clothes! It’s a Shame Zara! Real Shame!
A problem happening
So unfortunately i have an iphone 6plus that has an old version of ios which is now outdated in zara and someone has hacked my gmail account and logged me out and I can’t log on it neither log on zara on another mobile because i forgot my password and I can’t reset it so please i need a new password of zara because it has a lot of purchases and I can’t just leave all of those. Please i need help.
Not user friendly
Not user friendly in terms of the sections display and the categories of the style they make the one get confused in order to watch all the collection at once , I would ask you to check the application of river island or asos store in uk as one of the most easiest shopping application I can rely on and search easily by filter option and I can even save for later an item that I might consider to take a look at later on
