Great experience

I booked cars for 3 times till now in Egypt, I like how they care about your trip with no hassle, making your booking and trip very smooth and you can go safely.
The way they deal between the host and the renter is perfect, only ask for some papers first to guarantee the host’s rights, then enjoy your trips. You can receive and drop the car, unlock/lock from the App with no need to meet car owner.

Worst rental car company u will deal with in your life

I booked a car from the app and paid from the visa. After i went to the site of the car… the car is not there, after calling the customer service they gave me the phone number of the owner and guess what.. he told me that he is out of service two months ago and he laughed! After telling the customer service she told me u can pick another car from another site.. so i told her r u sure the car is there.. she told me yes of course! Guess what again!! I didnt found the car 😂😂😂 the customer service told me some lies that the owner of the car told her that the battery is dead 😂😂 even the car is not in the location.. worst experience in my life … not recommended at all

Complete and utter failure

I called the call center to inquire about booking a car and I was not told that there was a technical issue with the app therefore I made a booking and paid for it, the money was withdrawn and the booking disappeared.

So I called the call center again and the agent told me that there’s a technical issue and my money will be refunded with no regard to the booking that is supposed to happen at 10am tomorrow and he told me that he doesn’t know if it will happen. I am waiting for someone from management to call me now as per the agent.

Your service is completely unreliable and this is the first and last time I use Zoomcar!
