App is good, problem with notification
The app is super useful and Zumra is a great store. The app has a glitch where the notification won’t go away, it’s annoying if you’re like me and hate to see a (1 notification) always there.
Very bad service
I recently used this app for ordering, and unfortunately, the experience left much to be desired:
Delayed Deliveries: Despite promising 2-3 hour delivery, my orders took over 2 days to arrive and then i cancel it because it didn’t arrive even after 2 days!! This inconsistency is frustrating and undermines trust.
Ineffective Customer Service: When I reached out for assistance, their customer service was useless. They lacked helpful solutions and failed to address my concerns promptly.
In summary, this app’s service is a letdown. Timely deliveries and responsive customer support are essential, and this app falls short on both fronts. 👎
