How to get hold with developers if "write to developers" function doesn't work

Good afternoon. If "Write a developer" does not work for you, check the settings of your device, you must have an email address registered on behalf of which letters will be sent.

Of all the apps, systems, techniques and methods I use to enhance my Spanish language skills this app is absolutely and definitely the WORST.
I signed up for a 7 day trial after seeing an offer that would lead to 6 months of access at 19.99 - on day 5 they charged me 79.99 - the refused to correct this when I contacted them.
Stay away, it’s clearly a scam by some churn developer. Don’t make the same mistake I did.

If you have been charged with money, then you have subscribed to an auto-renewable subscription when you activate the test period.
The condition for activating the test period is the activation of a paid subscription. The subscription terms explicitly state that the first 5 days are free, upon completion of the trial period, payment will be charged. You can cancel your subscription to the app before the end of the trial period. If the user cancels the subscription before the end of the trial period, funds will not be debited.
Please note that the application only offers to connect a subscription, and connecting a subscription implies your consent and confirmation using your account password.
We have different subscription options, they vary from region, subscription period, current promotions. 6 months subscription is available as part of the sale. The sale is valid for a limited period. You have subscribed to the application without taking into account the discount. When registering the test period, you were informed about the cost of the subscription and agreed by completing the test period.
We are very sorry that you indicate that our application is the worst in terms of study method, since you indicated that you did not use the application in your request to the technical support of users. So you cannot appreciate the method of study.

I’ve tried it all, video, tapes, books, private tutors
Nothing has worked, but, but, but
Now I’ve found 10 minute Spanish and tried
two lessons so far and I have to be fair
this is a really, really good way
to learn Spanish.
I’ve been living in Spain for thirty years
and speak basic spanglish Which though is tolerated
with a smile as I’m English and they know
any Spanish word however out of context
Badly pronounced or just plain wrong,
is a major bonus for a Brit to say.
I really need and want to learn how to let
my short sentences of the one hundred words
I know, flow as in a basic conversation,
something I’ve longed for all my time here
in Menorca Spain, and I really think
this little app is going to finally help me do it.
