Atencion cliente mala y app no funciona
Te das de alta. Pagas. No te dan info para acceder al servicio. Envias emails y no responden. Intentas recuperar contraseña y no recibes email. App deja de funcionar de golpe...
En fin... deberían leer algun libro de los que resumen...
Unos meses mas tarde... poceso de baja... en su web no funcionaba... ¿resultado? 25 emails agotadores para poder cancelar mi suscripción. Muy, muy mal.
