The Mobile Key service is reaching its end of life. We are releasing the final version, which allows existing users to export their data before the app is removed from the app store.

This version will brings you option to transfer your Mobile Key data into the new My2N app. The transferring will be happening gradually so wait until the app will notify you. We also did some bugfixing.

It is not recommended to mix firmware version 2.32 with lower versions whilst using Mobile Key 3.0.* Mobile Key 3.0 is a major new version which introduces support of WaveKey technology. This brings enormous changes to the way that Bluetooth authentication is handled. More specifically, the patented and patent pending WaveKey technology includes: *Much quicker transaction speed*: The time typically taken for the reader to trigger door opening after it has been touched has been reduced to a fraction of a second. *Greater security*: Static phones in the vicinity of a reader will not accept authentication. Phones beyond a certain range, which appear to be moving away from the reader will not accept authentication either. *Better reliability*: Bluetooth communication has been overhauled to offer even more reliable performance with an even wider range of devices. *Adaptive learning*: The application autonomously adjusts its internal parameters to optimise performance for each reader with which authentication takes place. *New authentication modes*: Card mode allows the user to authenticate by presenting their phone against the reader without need to unlock the screen. Motion mode allows authentication to be triggered via motion detected in the intercom’s camera. Both are disabled by default. Requires configuration by reader admin. *Simultaneously supported authentication modes*: All authentication modes may be enabled in the reader simultaneously, allowing the user to choose their preferred mode upon each use. Requires configuration by reader admin. *Manual sensitivity override*: Whilst the app can automatically adapt the Bluetooth sensitivity to each device, it is also possible to override this with manual settings per device.
