Live Calls: Stay updated with real-time information on ongoing calls, including their status (ringing/answered), source, and more. Keep track of active conversations to ensure prompt and effective communication with your clients.

Click-to-Call: Initiate calls to customers seamlessly with the click-to-call feature. Administrators can select the desired agent to handle the call from a pool of available agents, enhancing efficiency and ensuring personalized customer interactions.
