*For NAS model AS10/11/33 series user, if you have more than15000 photos in your phone and want to auto-backup at one time, we suggest go to NAS Off-peak Hours to disable background process and enable background process once upload finish.
*It may take a while for photo indexing and thumbnail making especially for some entry models may take few days to show up if you upload a lot of photos at the same time.

La peor aplicación que he tenido
Siempre con el error presente… no se puede sincronizar sin el wifi ni en segundo plano…. Lo peor de lo peor y eso que vengo de otro servidor de la competencia que me creía que era malo, pero este es lo peor. Para no enfadarse buscar otra alternativa antes de empezar a sincronizar

AiFoto 3 offers backup functionality, but background uploading is restricted by the iOS system. Therefore, we provide a "sleep time backup" feature, which allows backups to be performed during idle times with the screen off but AiFoto 3 running in the foreground. Not working as expected
The application crash from time to time. Sometimes the pictures are sync and sometimes appears as no new pictures to be sync and is not true. You have to do it manually but then another issue appears to me, they are missing from the gallery. If you are thinking to buy an asustor más for backup your pictures and video probably is better not to do it, it is extremely painful and at the end of the day you don’t trust the application so you cannot clean up your mobile data. People buy NAS for this kind of things and should work like a charm and unfortunately is not. The pity is that I can not send back the NAS.

We don't have the unable to sync issue. To help you solve your issue, can you check the tasks in AiFoto3 if you not sure the pictures is syncing or not? Sometimes, you have to wait for a while and please don't put the AiFoto3 in the background. There is a iOS limitation that iOS system will stop the syncing tasks if you put AiFoto3 in the background for over 5 to 10 minutes. As for crash, we would like to know where do you see the crash? When you try to login? Or after login? Or while browsing in timeline? You can email pinhaohuang@asustor.com for more help.
