Pourquoi nous ne pouvons pas modifier les dates d’une réserve à travers l’application si nous disposons d’une réserve qui en a le droit, ayant payé pour cette option.
L’option est actuellement de téléphoner à une centrale située à UK , qui fonctionne à charge de payer l’appel et qui suppose, selon notre expérience une dépense qui a supposé plus d’une demi heure de contact, devant payer un coup supplémentaire de plus de 40€ à notre demande.
App pésima
No entiendo como puede funcionar tan mal esta app.
Intento añadir equipaje y llevo mas d un día y no hay solución, tampoco podemos llamar porq son 1'5€ el min desde Madrid. Una locura!!!
Tampoco me deja hacerlo por la web. No entiendo absolutamnete nada.
Como algo tan básico como añadir equipaje no es posible.

I made a booking for Monday 16th midnight that the next day would be Tuesday
But unfortunately, I didn’t realise that when I made the booking
I tried to call the Support cost you euro and $.20 per minute and before they take your call they will ask you to choose a language with all the languages they have which means you have to wait a lot of minutes
If you want to cancel, they will charge you €50 per person
If you want to change your flight cost €42 per person
My flight cost me €32
So you can imagine how easily you can be scammed with a big company
