But it seems that you have misunderstandings about the app. To start with, if possible, would you please kindly give me a chance to explain this issue?
1. Firstly, we did not lie The mobile app is 100% free. You can just download it from App Store without pay any fee. The app can help you transfer data via web with the same Wi-Fi, including photos, videos, contacts, music, drive. I promise that these functions are 100% free. If you have any questions about that, please just let me know. I will make explicit explanation for this issue for you at once.
2. But if you want to transfer more fils, like messages, audio books, safari history, bookmarks, apps, notes and so on, you will need to download and install the desktop version. You need to install it on your computer. But it also provides trial version. With trial version, it can help you transfer 5 items for each data type. It will help you make good use of AnyTrans. And you can decide whether to purchase it or not based on your honest experience for AnyTrans. It you want to transfer more data with desktop-version of AnyTrans, you will need to upgrade to the Pro version. But the process is 100% Open and transparent. I am truly sorry for the inconvenience has caused to you. It will be appreciated for your generous forgiveness and kind understanding.
