La app se cierra por q a la cámara le hace falta una actualización del firmware. En su web no hay nada para actualizar. Podría el desarrollador pasarme dichos elementos?

tengo una cámara a80 y no hay posibilidad de conectar con la aplicación para poder descargarme los vídeos al instante la aplicación esta muy mal desarrollada no presenta alternativas ni nada
