No funciona subir fotos

Adquirí esta app porque permitía subir fotos desde el iPhone. Desde hace muchos días esta función no va, es inadmisible siendo de pago. Quiero un reembolso, pero no sé cómo exigirlo...

No se pueden subir fotos?

Necesito la app para subir *fotos* a los posts. No funciona.
No funciona subir fotos.
Si no se soluciona pediré reembolso del dinero.
