Locate the nearest scooter in the app, scan the QR code to unlock and start riding
End ride and pay online
Safety Rules:
Age 16+ only
Don't double up, 1 rider per e-scooter allowed
Protect your smarts, wear a Helmet
Bikes Lanes are the place to be
Use on low-speed roads under 30 km/hr
Always park carefully in the designated parking areas, non-compliance can attract fines from the RTA (Dubai)

First and last time.
I tried once, the battery was dead or something, and terrible to try to park it again (some bug in the map app).
Second time, the scooter left me in the middle of the way with no power. I needed to walk with that till my meeting point… it work a little bit later and then again stopped… a total disaaster.
I ask for refund via email explain the whole thing and they sent me to the app.
What a waste of time.
