La verdad me parece muy buena
Ottima app che non sbaglia di niente il tempo di attesa alle fermate. Mi sembra utilissima. Forse dovrebbero migliorare un po’ la parte di ricerca delle fermate e della navigazione nel mappa. Altro consiglio velocizzare il riempimento dei dati della carta di credito, oppure fare in modo di poterla memorizzare, però tutta la parte del pagamento dei biglietti è completamente da rivedere e velocizzare.

Terrible app from the “italian public system”
I do not know why they need to charge more for each ticket online rather then less, especially cp aidering the app works extermely bad!
Tosay, 7th April 2022, I bought a ticket, I teceived a confirmation email, but I’ve suddenly got the message “there was an error”…and no ticket displayed!
I searched for “contacts” for technical issue (i. the mail and in the app)…no sign of any lindof possible contact to solve instantly the problem.
I conaider this a robbery, especially if this kind of mistake is gonna be multiplicated for all milion turists who are in the same hurry situation, with no time to get deeper in their “weird not well functio al public system”.

There should be a contact call service for this kind of money/transactions issues!
